There's a Silver Lining in Every Cloud?

The "Nation's Economy" Just had a New Victim!

Columbus Indiana has had a relatively, easy transition through the current economic downturn, up until recently. Sure this time of year is slow, the market tends to stagnate somewhat,....  And I know that according to statistics it's taking homes longer to sell, and there are fewer buyers.

Friend's of mine just suffered a nasty blow to their quality of life, the pending deal on their 2nd home, which had been up for sale untill 2 weeks ago, Just Fell Through!  It's very unfortunate, not only for my friend's, but the buyer's as well.

I'm sure my friend's had already made plans for their funds, like remodelling their current home.  But can you imagine the disappointment the Buyer's are feeling?  Not only do they not get to move into their pending new home which they were looking forward to with great anticipation. But now they no longer qualify, because he lost his job, due to the economic turmoil within our financial market. Very unfortunate at this time of year with Christmas just around the corner!

I'm not a huge supporter of "Bailing Out" companies, especially the "Big 3 Automakers", who have concistently manged to operate in the RED, and amass huge debt.

But if Congress, the Senate, and President Bush doesn't act soon, there will be more friend's, client's, prospect's, buyer's and seller's, neighbours, and  family members, left crying, disappointed and depressed.

The only good news to come out of this little exerpt, is that I will now get to list my friend's home, and with my marketing skills, hopefully get it "SOLD!" quicker than the previous agent, whom I'm sure tried diligently.

Visit me on the web at http://www.columbusareahomesforsale.com and watch for my friend's home which will appear soon.  It's a great home, with two bedrooms, living room w/fireplace,eat in kitchen, and a large family room( The family room could easily be converted to a third bedroom and still have a family room adjacent to the kitchen.
