I'm an agent that tends to try and be at the forefront, leading edge, its a way of setting myself apart, from all the other agents out there. And especially in the state of our National Economy and the effect it is having on our Real Estate Market. Columbus Indiana isn't fairing too bad, we are only down roughly 6% year to year in total production and units sold, which is better than some areas are experiencing. Even our own county, Bartholomew County is down 13.75%.
Consequently like any good or smart agent I continue to Expand My Wings, and proactively search out new venues to Network within. I just happened to locate one the other day, while being proactive!
