1)    Submit your home listing for exposure to all three Coldwell Banker SCR offices, and their agents. For exposure to their buyers, investors, and potential contacts and networked leads.

2)  Submit your home listing to competing Real Estate offices and, their agents in the Columbus market, with 273 agents.

4)  Your home will be published on the www.ColdwellBankerSCR.com, website.

13)  I will design and create a “Custom Listing Book” to be placed in your home, for buyers to reference home features, lot, utility, tax information, seller’s disclosure(s), neighborhood benefits, schools, shopping, medical, and other buyer benefits.

 

14) Your home will be promoted on our companies: Coldwell Banker Top 50 personalized Investor mailing list.

 

15) Your home will receive maximum exposure through professional signage, and sign writers.

 

16) Your home will receive enhanced convenience of buyer viewing by placing your home with a lockbox, for secure monitored access, to licensed agents only, and through appointment only.

 

17)  I will promote your home by making available and distributing custom designed flyers and brochures, and announcements on our Columbus Board of Realtors MLS., for other real estate agents to download and print.

21) Keep you up-to-date, and informed on listing and selling market conditions in your area.

 

22) I will update you on all activity regarding your home: agent showings, open house attendance, agent tours, sign inquiries, internet or website inquiries and traffic.

 

23) I personally track all home showings, agents and public viewing through use of special sign-in sheets.

 

24) I personally follow up on all agents who have shown your home, to inquire, ask and answer questions, and further motivate buyer interest.

 

25) I will co-ordinate any home inspections with you the homeowner, at your convenience or if need be I will personally attend the inspection on your behalf. Any home inspections that are required I will review the results and explain any non conforming issues with you.

 

26) I ensure that any offers from buyers are pre-qualified and capable of closing on the purchase.

 

27) I will only represent you, in contract negotiations with buyers to help generate the highest selling price for the home.

 

28) I will co-ordinate escrow, financing, and closing activities on your behalf to ensure a smooth, hassle free closing.

 

29) I will personally represent you my clients, and hand deliver your proceeds check at the closing.
